Every dollar is traceable. Each quarter, donors receive an itemized account of exactly where their money went — a book, a uniform, a water pipe, a soccer trainer, a bag of seeds. No overhead drawn from donor gifts. No broad disbursement of funds across a region. One village. One donor family. One transparent, accountable relationship.
Our replicable village model is built on a simple financial architecture: a $1M gift, held and controlled by the donor, generates 6–9% annually and is wired directly to programs. When El Niño threatens the Dry Corridor, we build a water filtration system from a stream that has never run dry. When enrollment surges — 30 new students expected, likely 60 — we find a way to get them there. When the land needs replanting, we plant oranges, mangos, peanuts, and melons. We respond to what the village actually needs, not what looks good in a report.
El Rosario is village one. La Esperanza — 4,500 feet up, 33 of 35 students girls, parents building greenhouses and chicken coops voluntarily — may be village two. The template is ready. We are looking for the donors willing to put their name on a village and mean it.
